Our bread and butter is hands-on construction — from decks and bathrooms to full remodels and home additions. The majority of our projects involve transforming existing spaces into something more functional, more beautiful, and better suited to how families actually live.

Michael Butler leads the construction side of Gateway, overseeing projects from start to finish. With years of field experience and a strong work ethic, he manages crews, coordinates subcontractors, and ensures each project is built with care and precision.

Alongside construction, we offer residential design services led by Brittany. With a background in layout development and home design, she works closely with homeowners to create thoughtful floor plans, remodel concepts, and permit-ready drawings.

While we’ve seen select custom homes come to life through our designs, much of our work focuses on renovations, additions, and improving existing homes — where smart layout decisions make the biggest difference.
